Account data you provide (name, email, phone, profile details, links, images), content you publish (projects, reviews), and technical data such as device and usage information collected automatically.
How we use your data
To create and manage your account and public profile, operate the marketplace and search, process subscription payments, communicate with you, prevent fraud, and improve the service.
Payments
Card payments are processed securely by Bank of Georgia. We never see or store your full card details. We store only the payment status, amount, and a transaction reference.
Third-party services
We use Supabase (hosting & database), Bank of Georgia (payments), Google (optional sign-in), and AI providers used only to power search. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.
Cookies
We use essential cookies required for authentication and security. We do not sell your personal data.
Legal basis
We process personal data under the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection (and the GDPR where applicable), based on your consent, performance of our contract with you, our legal obligations, and our legitimate business interests.
Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active and for as long as needed to meet legal and contractual obligations. You can request deletion of data that we are not legally required to retain.
