These Terms govern your use of TechFinder, operated by LLC Luxera Gift (ID 435897790). By using the website you agree to these Terms.
The service
TechFinder is an online marketplace where specialists and agencies create verified profiles and businesses discover and contact them. We provide the platform; we are not a party to any agreement between users.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. New profiles are reviewed before they appear publicly. You are responsible for the content you publish.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in Georgian Lari (GEL) and grant the listed features for one month. Plans are activated after successful payment and expire at the end of the paid period unless renewed.
Acceptable use
You may not post false, misleading, illegal, or infringing content, abuse the AI search, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Intellectual property
You retain rights to the content you upload and grant us a licence to display it on the platform. The TechFinder brand and software remain our property.
Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for the conduct, quality, or content of users, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes are subject to the courts of Georgia.
